77ad Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

01 Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to 77ad. These Terms & Conditions (referred to hereafter as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 77ad and all its members. By registering on 77ad or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

02 Account Registration & Management

The following rules must be followed to ensure secure and transparent account management on 77ad:

• Each member is entitled to only One Account You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. 77ad reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false information.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the 77ad support team immediately.
• 77ad may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time — responding to such requests is mandatory.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the 77ad platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Users must be capable of using the platform of their own free will and independent judgment.
• An account can only be opened if you are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program.
• 77ad officers, employees, and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on this platform.

04 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 77ad. They apply equally to all members and form an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — unless a technical error has occurred.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed will be considered final.
• In the event of a dispute over an event result, 77ad's decision is final and binding.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 77ad reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• For live betting, bets may not be accepted if your internet connection is interrupted.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

05 Payments & Withdrawals

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In the event of a technical issue, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• 77ad does not charge any hidden transaction fees — though the payment provider's own charges may apply.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 77ad may place a hold on withdrawals pending verification.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

77ad's bonus and promotion offers are designed exclusively for our members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering amount must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 10x to 30x the bonus value).
• Bonuses can only be used on your own account and cannot be transferred to another member.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used before they expire — any expired bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• For free bets, the value of the free bet will be deducted from any winnings, and the remaining amount will be credited as cash.

The following activities are strictly prohibited under 77ad's Terms & Conditions. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings:

• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform for unfair gain.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event.
• Harassing other members or disrupting platform operations.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• When a member submits a request to close their own account.

Before closing an account, 77ad will endeavor to notify the member in advance and arrange the return of any valid balance — except in cases of forfeiture due to rule violations.
